1. General

These terms set out the rules for using the druk3d.art website and for the free newsletter service provided by:

Marcin Bojko, sole proprietor trading as Marcin Bojko, registered at ul. Jaworowa 15/15, 20-258 Turka, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 921-145-26-20, email: [email protected] (the "Provider").

druk3d.art is a blog about 3D printing. The site does not sell any goods or services.

2. Services Provided Electronically

Through the site, the Provider offers:

  • access to the blog content,
  • the newsletter.

3. Newsletter

  1. The newsletter is a free service delivering, by email, information about the blog's content and 3D printing topics.
  2. Signing up is voluntary and requires providing an email address and confirming the subscription via an activation link (double opt-in).
  3. Subscription requires acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy.
  4. A subscriber may unsubscribe at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link in every message, or by contacting the Provider.

4. Technical Requirements

Using the site and newsletter requires a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser, and an active email account.

5. Complaints

Complaints about the newsletter or the site can be sent to [email protected]. Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt.

Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady korzystania z serwisu druk3d.art oraz świadczenia bezpłatnej usługi newslettera przez:

Serwis druk3d.art jest blogiem poświęconym tematyce druku 3D. Serwis nie prowadzi sprzedaży towarów ani usług.

2. Usługi świadczone drogą elektroniczną

Za pośrednictwem serwisu Usługodawca świadczy następujące usługi:

  • udostępnianie treści bloga,
  • prowadzenie newslettera.

3. Newsletter

  1. Newsletter jest bezpłatną usługą polegającą na wysyłce drogą elektroniczną informacji dotyczących treści bloga oraz tematyki druku 3D.
  2. Zapis na newsletter jest dobrowolny i wymaga podania adresu e-mail oraz potwierdzenia zapisu poprzez link aktywacyjny (double opt-in).
  3. Warunkiem zapisu jest akceptacja niniejszego regulaminu oraz Polityki prywatności.
  4. Subskrybent może w każdej chwili zrezygnować z newslettera, korzystając z linku „Zrezygnuj z subskrypcji" znajdującego się w każdej wiadomości lub kontaktując się z Usługodawcą.

4. Wymagania techniczne

Do korzystania z serwisu i newslettera niezbędne jest urządzenie z dostępem do Internetu, aktualna przeglądarka internetowa oraz aktywne konto poczty elektronicznej.

5. Reklamacje

Reklamacje dotyczące działania newslettera lub serwisu można zgłaszać na adres [email protected]. Reklamacja rozpatrywana jest w terminie 14 dni od jej otrzymania.

6. Dane osobowe

Zasady przetwarzania danych osobowych określa Polityka prywatności.

7. Postanowienia końcowe

W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym regulaminem zastosowanie mają przepisy prawa polskiego. Usługodawca zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany regulaminu; aktualna wersja jest zawsze dostępna w serwisie.
