Monado from Xenoblade - work in progress.

I've started an ambitious project - Monado from a Xenoblade game. The original sword is 1.5 m (150 cm) long, and uses long steel rods to protect from breaking apart (10 pieces).

So.

Note to myself: ABS slurry is why it's an incredibly friendly glue for ABS, as a primer for filling bigger and smaller gaps; probably not the best option. After hours of sanding, applying slurry, and sanding again, the whole dance bored me to death.

I've switched to a dedicated filler for plastic bumpers and results are much much better
