Okay, I have a confession to make: I have absolutely fallen down the Dungeon Crawler Carl rabbit hole. I have a soft spot for this kind of LitRPG (in anime and in books alike), it pulls me right in, and I tend to absorb all the RPG flavor and repeat it as gospel truth.

Matt Dinniman's DCC world (brilliantly translated into Polish by Sara Manasterska, with barely a note from me) sucks you in like a vacuum cleaner. There's no way not to giggle at Princess Donut's lines or even the random NPCs - "Goddammit, Donut!" still echoes under my skull.

I'm no artist - when they were handing out artistic talent, I was standing in the line for height - but a few sessions with the ol' AI and a set of fan arts was ready. The best quotes, the best characters, the best shots - all of that simply HAD to end up as Chroma prints. Along the way, I tested an extended color palette in comic-book style - more filament swaps per image than ever before.

No dobra - muszę się wam do czegoś przyznać: absolutnie wsiąkłem w lore Dungeon Crawler Carl. Mam słabość do tego typu LitRPG (zarówno w anime, jak i w literaturze), bardzo mnie to wciąga, a RPG-owe smaczki przyjmuję i powtarzam jako prawdy objawione.

Stworzony przez Matta Dinnimana świat DCC, świetnie (prawie bez uwag) przetłumaczony przez Sarę Manasterską, wciąga jak odkurzacz. Nie sposób nie chichotać z tekstów Princess Donut albo nawet przypadkowych NPC - "Cholerny świat, Pączuś" (aka "Goddammit, Donut!") wciąż wybrzmiewa mi pod czaszką.

Artysta ze mnie żaden - kiedy rozdawali talent plastyczny, stałem w kolejce po wzrost - ale kilka sesji z EjAj i zestaw fanartów gotowy. Najlepsze cytaty, najlepsi bohaterowie, najlepsze ujęcia - to wszystko po prostu MUSIAŁO trafić na Chromę. Przy okazji przetestowałem rozszerzoną paletę kolorów w komiksowym stylu - więcej zmian filamentu na obraz niż kiedykolwiek wcześniej.
